"Where are you located?"    -  On our Home Page, is a map with driving directions to our Lighting Showroom. Our local phone number is  (843) 293- 7117. 

We encourage appointments for whole house clients.

 

"Are you a full service showroom?"   -  Yes.  We sell all aspects of lighting including lamps, outdoor lighting and outdoor landscape lighting.  We also have an installation department to help complete the process.  We mediate warranty on applicable products in house- that means that you won't have to box up your product and figure out the correct procedure.

 

"Do you sell other products?"  -  Yes, we sell Undercabinet Lighting, Bath Fans, Central-Vac Systems, Recessed Cans and Lighting Accessories.

 

"What is the new regulation on light bulbs?"   - To be compliant with Federal Energy Legislations and the Energy Independence and Security Act of  2007 (EISA), manufacturers are required to replace incandescent light bulbs with new, energy efficient bulbs.  These light bulbs need to comply with EISA's mandated performance levels for incandescent and incandescent halogen bulbs.  The phaseout of general service bulbs will begin on January 1, 2012 starting with the 100W A-type.

"How do I determine what type of CFL (Compact Florescent) will be as bright as my Incandescent?"   -To determine which qualified CFL light bulbs will provide the same light as your current Incandescent Light Bulbs, consult the following chart:

"Can you pick out my lighting package for me?" Yes!,

If you let us know your budget, color of your hardware and general style, we would be happy to make all of the choices for you.  This method works well for those who are absentee owners or those who do not want to spend the time flipping through lots of catalogs only to be confused.  WE CAN HELP

 

"What is your return Policy?" All "Final Sale"  and "Discounted fixtures are Final Sales, with no returns and no exceptions.  Special orders may be returned in original packaging and must NOT have been installed.  A 25% restocking fee is mandatory. In certain cases, refund will be given in check form due to the charges we incur from Credit Card companies reversals.
